Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the policies of your mobile carrier and may be affected by network availability. Sheila Harris Realty is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier issues.

Our SMS program supports major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers. This program is available to US subscribers only.

9. Privacy of SMS Data

Your consent to receive SMS messages is completely voluntary. You are not required to consent to SMS communications as a condition of purchasing any real estate service, receiving a free guide, or engaging Sheila Harris Realty in any capacity.
